The Pensions Regulator has announced that it will unilaterally impose a pay offer of 3% of the overall pay pot to all its employees after refusing to meaningfully explore options to meet the expectations of staff to receive pay increases in line with
PCS entered into talks through ACAS with a view to resolving the long-running dispute with The Pensions Regulator (TPR) over its failure to pay more than 3% pay increase this year.
PCS members will take 14 more days strike action as their employer has failed to increase its pay offer.
Two weeks' strike action by PCS members working for The Pensions Regulator comes to an end today (18). PCS may escalate the dispute if the employer does not reconsider its position.
PCS members who work for The Pensions Regulator in Brighton have today (5 September) begun a two-week strike for fair pay.
