Submit your conference motions online from 29 January

Branches will be able to submit motions for group conferences and national conference online using PCS Digital.

PCS is holding our 2024 national conference and group conferences in Brighton from 20 – 23 May. Our national, annual delegate conference (ADC) will be a hybrid event with remote participation available.

All motions for national and group conferences must be submitted using the motions on-line process in PCS Digital. This is the only way to submit motions. Motions for national conference should be no more than 500 words although this may differ for some group conferences. Two branch officers are needed to submit a motion. You can submit motions via PCS Digital using a tablet, smartphone or PC/laptop.

Deadlines
Motions online will go live for the submission of motions at 10am on Monday 29 January and will close at 5pm on Thursday 7 March 2022 (this date may be different for group conferences).

Motions online will go live for the submission of emergency motions (EM) and references back (RB) at 10am on Tuesday 16 April. The deadline for the receipt of EMs and RBs for ADC is Friday 17 May at 3pm.

We would recommend that you submit your motions in good time to ensure there is enough time to resolve any issues. Any submissions received after the published deadline will be considered as received late and disregarded.
