R&C group roles and responsibilities 2024/25

The Revenue and Customs group executive committee (GEC) has agreed the allocation of roles and responsibilities of GEC officers and members for the forthcoming year.

The incoming GEC met on Tuesday, 11 June and agreed the areas of responsibility for the year ahead. Read the branch briefing providing details of the allocations.

There is currently a vacancy for the assistant group secretary (AGS) responsible for Borders & Trade, Solicitors Office and Change Delivery. Once the vacant AGS position is filled, the GEC will update members.

The GEC will be contacting your branch shortly, with details of how branch and local representatives should get involved with the relevant business trade union sides (BTUS) that assist the GEC in negotiations.
