PCS HMRC member? Complete our survey and you could win a tablet

The PCS HMRC Group has been surveying all reps and members to hear your views on working in the department and there is still time to have your say and be entered into a prize draw. 

The members’ survey will be used by the group to hear from staff how HMRC could collect more tax for public funds, improve customer service, and genuinely create “A great place to work” for all members. Using your feedback, the group will compile a report to be shared with both HMRC leaders and the new HMRC minister, James Murray.

The reps’ survey is intended to gather comprehensive data on activists’ experiences, learning needs, and their challenges.

We have already collected thousands of responses, but to build as wide a picture as possible the deadline for completing both surveys has been extended to 2pm on Friday, 4 October.

All members and reps should have received an email about the surveys, but they can also be completed online for members  and separately online for reps. 

Anyone completing the survey will be entered into a prize draw for an Amazon Fire Tablet once the survey closes, so for your chance to win –and to help build a better HMRC – complete the survey today.
