Not received your ballot? Take action now!

The consultative ballot is now underway and we want to make sure as many members as possible have their say. Whether you're voting online or by post there's still time to have your voice heard.

For the vast majority of members, you’ll receive your ballot instructions via email. If you haven’t received your email ballot yet, remember to check your junk or spam folders. The email will come from pcs@cesvotes.com and will contain a link where you can vote. If you can't find it or have deleted it by mistake, you can request a replacement by logging in to PCS Digital.

Please note that replacement ballot emails can take up to 8 working days to arrive.

Lost your postal vote?

If you’ve mislaid your postal vote you can request a replacement by logging into PCS Digital.

If you received a postal ballot but have lost your return envelope you can still vote online by using the unique code on the ballot paper.

Not a member but want to have your say?

If you’re not a member yet, you can have your say in the ballot by joining online before 15 August.
