The ballot result for the Inland Pre-Clearance industrial action ballot is as follows:

  2. Number of Votes Cast: 38
  3. Number of “YES” Votes: 35 (94.59%)
  4. Number of “NO” Votes: 2 (5.41%)
  5. Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers: 1

The number of votes cast in the ballot comfortably meets the minimum 50% turnout, which is required by law for an industrial action ballot to be successful.
