Our social media strategy is an important part of our engagement with members and potential members, and we are looking for someone who can build on our success and help grow our platforms.

We use our social media to actively connect with our reps and members, reach under-represented groups, and facilitate reps and members’ networks and interactions. Social media is a key area to promote and support our workplace campaigns and promote content that will help reps and members in the workplace.

Increasingly we use video content to engage more effectively with members and reps. The digital content producer will be expected to create video content, either in our media suite or out and about with members and reps on picket lines and at events.
