It's Women's History Month in March 2023 and this year the theme is "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories".

This event will be hosted by Jackie Green, chair of the national women's forum and national vice president.

It's over 50 years since the Equal Pay Act was passed. We explore what PCS is doing to campaign for equal pay and to close the gender pay gap. We reflect on what PCS has achieved for women's rights. We look back through history at inspiring women activists who have made women's working lives better, for the women workers today. Let's celebrate the women who tell our stories together at the event.

Speakers

Fran Heathcote - PCS national president
Dr Frances Gait - research fellow specialising in feminist labour history at the University of the West of England.

This event is open to all members to attend. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the event. The event isn't recorded. Please register to attend the event by using the link below.
