PCS learning reps (ULRs)

For Union Learning Reps interested in running regular learning events for members.

The focus is on the PCS Branch Learning Fund (BLF). The BLF encourages branches to run regular learning events - to support members, and to use the high participation rates of learning events to build your union. Equality, and increasing the activity of under-represented members, is a core part of this.

During the two-hour forum:

  • You'll find out how you request a tutor to deliver a learning event to your members
  • You'll hear from some tutors about the sessions/courses they can deliver
  • .. and from reps who've successfully organised a session
  • You'll learn about the new Resources for Learning Reps section on PCS Knowledge, plus the range of new ULR training courses starting this Autumn.
