This controversial and dangerous legislation has been proposed by the most right wing government for generations using small boat crossings as a front for its racism. PCS and Care 4 Calais have proposed a policy which would provide a safe and legal route for those seeking refuge in the UK without the need for dangerous and costly agreements with Rwanda.
