Passing the torch: Turning New Strikers into New Activists

The generation gap within PCS is stark. Our activist layer is disproportionately older, with many approaching retirement. However, recent strike action has seen thousands of newer, younger members organise and attend picket lines across the country and alongside our more experienced reps.

This session will explore how we convert this new wave of enthusiastic members into the future layer of PCS activists and ensuring the experience and knowledge of current reps is passed on.
