Who's it for
All PCS members working in outsourced Facilities Management roles e.g. caterers, cleaners, security guards, maintenance and any other FM role.
The meetings will seek your input on the priorities for your 2024 PCS model FM pay claim. There will be the opportunity to amend the draft pay demands and to add additional demands.
The more PCS members that participate in this consultation exercise the stronger the message to your employer that union members support your pay claim.
