Our online ballot is a really simple and efficient way of maximising participation and getting your views.

The union’s plan is to halt strike action for now so we can conclude pay negotiations in each department and continue talks on job security, pay and grading structures. 

Every PCS member who has provided a personal (not work) email address will have received an email directly from the independent scrutineer (from the email account pcs@cesvotes.com) with instructions on how to vote. Other members will have received a ballot paper in the post.

If you’ve accidentally deleted the email or have lost your ballot paper, you can request a replacement online by logging in to PCS Digital. But don’t delay - the deadline for requesting a replacement is 5pm on Sunday 20 August.
