Who's it for
One PCS activist from every branch in the national dispute

Ahead of our national all-member strike on 1 February, PCS Organising is calling together all branches in the dispute to discuss final preparation.

We're asking for at least one activist or rep from each branch to attend the online meeting.

We're now entering a new phase of PCS's national campaign.

We are planning for new targeted action, and re-balloting over 30,000 members.

And on Wednesday 1 February, almost 100,000 PCS members will be out on strike alongside up to:

  • 300,000 teachers (NEU union)
  • 70,000 university staff (UCU union)
  • 12,700 train drivers (ASLEF and RMT)

This is the biggest co-ordinated action for over ten years, as public anger at the cost-of-living crisis and 12 years of Conservative austerity continues to grow.

The meeting will focus on how we build for a massive turnout, and deliver hundreds of picket lines across the country.
