Wellbeing at work toolkit

The PCS Well-being at Work campaign, based on the findings of the extensive Whitehall ll study into health at work, aims to resist the attacks on good personnel practice that have resulted from the government’s efficiency agenda and to improve policies, procedures and working conditions for all members across the public and commercial sectors of the union.

The Well-being at Work negotiators' guidance is intended to help activists in all parts of the union to push the government and the contracted companies that deliver its services towards adopting personnel management practices that create healthy and supportive workplaces.
