The tool allows members to securely submit motions for national and relevant group conferences electronically.
The motions online system is accessible via the PCS website. Members submitting or confirming motions must have already registered on the PCS site to submit, and will be prompted to login upon submitting a motion.
Motions Online goes live for the submission of emergency motions and references back today (Monday 23 April). Branches should note that any submissions received after the published deadline for each respective conference will be considered as received late and disregarded.
It is recommended that members submit motions online no later than 2 days before the relevant closing date for the national or group conference. In the unlikely event that the PCS website is inaccessible this will still allow time for motions to be sent via Royal Mail guaranteed overnight delivery.
