As members know, the process has been characterised by a flawed strategy on the government's side, which began with them terming the privatisation an 'employee led mutual'.
However the lie behind this was soon exposed when a PCS survey of over half of MyCSP staff, both union and non-union members, showed that 95.7% wanted to retain their civil service status in full and 94% were opposed to the government's view that the change would empower employees and improve performance.
