Welcome to PCS is aimed at new branch reps or members who wish to become reps.  The course aims to help you to:

• develop your understanding of how PCS works
• identify the role and responsibilities of a local/ branch rep
• begin to identify issues of importance to our members
• develop your skills and confidence as a rep.

 

The course is run over 5 days; Three days in week one from 11th -13th September and two days week 18th -19th September
