Advanced personal cases

Three day course running 10th - 21st June, 9:30 to 16:30

This three day course is for reps who deal with more complicated cases covering grievances and discipline that could lead to dismissal. Reps will learn how to use legal advice and assistance and look at compromise agreements and the role of ACAS and ET processes.
