Public and Commercial Services Union

The organising delivery sub-committee (ODSC) - overseen by the group executive committee (GEC) - works to deliver the union's organising objectives in the Ministry of Defence.

We work on improvements to the structures within the group.

Where we can we support activists and members on organisational and recruitment issues - linking this to the union's campaigning and bargaining agenda.
