Urgent information regarding real time officers and the campaign
PCS has recently learned that some misleading information has been given to staff in CCS concerning members who are real time officers.
Since PCS members democratically decided to resume the industrial action in Contact centres, management have started trying to apply pressure to staff prior to next Monday’s action.

CCD management have announced a review of offices in CCD. The intention of the review is to close some offices. PCS opposes the proposed office closures – we don’t believe they are necessary and this is why...
We want as many members as possible to vote yes in the CCD ballot. We must send the strongest signal to management that life in CCD must change. CCD has the highest rates of sickness, and of staff leaving, anywhere in the DWP.
